射面上で偏角プリズムの回転角に対応して振られ
る方向に出射する偏角プリズム部と、前記基準軸
の他の位置に設けられ前記出射面上の所定の方向
における前記偏角プリズム部から出射された光の
対象物上での反射を検出する光検出部と、この光
検出部が前記反射を検出した時の前記偏角プリズ
ムの回転角を検出する回転角検出手段とを含むこ
とを特徴とする距離測定装置。 (2) 偏角プリズム部が発光源からの光を回転す
る偏向プリズムに通してから直交する２つの反射
面で反射させた後に再び前記偏角プリズムに通し
