位置に基づいて検出信号を出力する位置検出用受
光素子、 検出信号を取り込み、所定の検出動作を行つて
検出対象の位置を検出する検出回路、 を備えた距離センサにおいて、 受光レンズ端部近傍に遮光部材が設けられてい
る、 ことを特徴とする距離センサ。 (2) 請求項1の距離センサにおいて、 遮光部材は弾力性を有する部材によつて形成さ
