<Prior art> There are various ideas for adhesive type cleaner tapes depending on their uses and purposes, but conventional cleaner roll adhesive tapes have a paper or plastic film support with a release layer on one side. An adhesive tape that has been subjected to a mold treatment and has an adhesive layer applied to the entire surface on the other side is rolled up into a roll with the adhesive layer on the outside. This type of rolled adhesive tape has almost no cushion on the roll itself. Therefore, when used for cleaning (dust removal, cleaning) hard surfaces such as floors, desks, aluminum sash grooves, etc., it does not blend well with the surface to be cleaned and cannot achieve a sufficient cleaning effect. Therefore, an adhesive tape made by subjecting one side of a film or sheet-like support to a release treatment and partially applying an adhesive to the other side is rolled up around a core with the adhesive coated side facing outward. It has been proposed to use an adhesive tape made of 100% adhesive tape (Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 167363/1983).

In the case of such a roll-wound adhesive tape, as shown in FIG. 6, a gap 7' is formed between the tape support 1' and the adhesive layer 3' between the wound layers of the adhesive tape, so that this gap can be closed. Since the roll provides cushioning properties to the roll itself, it can be brought into sufficient contact with hard floors and recessed areas, resulting in a suitable cleaning effect.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> By the way, with this type of rolled adhesive tape, if the adhesive strength of the outer adhesive surface decreases due to adhesion of dust, it is necessary to remove the tape by peeling off one round of the tape. is necessary. When stripping off the tape, it is desirable to be able to cut the used tape in a straight line without using a cutting tool. It is necessary to maintain a straight line between the removed tape and the remaining tape.

However, in the conventional adhesive tape shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-167363, the adhesive is simply applied uniformly and partially over the entire surface of the tape support. Therefore, even at the edge portions in the width direction of the tape, the winding layers adhere to each other, and for this reason, the inner side of the edge portions (the center area in the width direction) must be set as the peeling start end. In this case, since both ends are difficult to peel off, the boundary line between the rolled-up tape and the remaining tape forms a concave arcuate curve in the tape winding direction. Complicated work to make corrections is required.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention is a novel method in which the boundary line between the rolled-up tape and the remaining tape does not curve when peeling off the tape, and it is easy to cut the tape in a straight line. The present invention aims to provide a rolled adhesive tape.

That is, the present invention provides an adhesive tape made by subjecting one side of a film or sheet-like support to a release treatment and applying an adhesive partially and uniformly to the other side.
The adhesive tape is wound into a roll around a core with the adhesive coated side facing outward, and is characterized by forming dry edge portions continuous in the tape winding direction at both ends of the adhesive tape in the width direction. do.

As shown in Figure 1 (side view), the adhesive tape of the present invention has a paper or plastic film support (in some cases, a nonwoven fabric or foamed plastic sheet may be used as the support), and one side of the tape is subjected to mold release treatment. (shown as 2) and apply adhesive 3 on the other side, as shown in Fig. 2A,
As shown in B, C, and D (Figure 2 is a plan view of the tape of the present invention viewed from the adhesive-coated surface. Note that the diagonal lines do not indicate a cross section but indicate the adhesive), striped shapes, It can be obtained by applying it uniformly in a twisted or dotted manner. Therefore, in the present invention, dry edge portions 4 are formed at the edge portions (both ends in the figure) of the support body 1 in the width direction. The dry edge portion 4 needs to be continuous in the tape winding direction as shown in the figure. Further, the width varies depending on the width of the tape, etc., but in practical terms, it is preferably about 5 mm.

If this width is too wide, the adhesive area will be small, so
This is not preferable, and if it is too narrow, the edges may become sticky when the adhesive layer is deformed by the rolling pressure applied to the roll, and the effects of the present invention described later may not be achieved. This is not desirable because it will not be possible.

In the roll-wound adhesive tape of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3A (perspective view), the adhesive tape with the above structure is wrapped around a thin-walled winding core 5, for example, a paper tube made of thin paper with a thickness of 0.8 to 0.5 mm. It is obtained by rolling up the adhesive 3 side into a roll shape, and as shown in FIG. 3B, a gap 7 is formed between the support 1 and the adhesive layer 3. This void 7 provides an elastic cushion effect to the rolled adhesive tape.

As shown in FIGS. 4A (front view) and B (side view), the rolled adhesive tape of the present invention is detachably and rotatably attached to a jig 6, and is rotated back and forth on the surface to be cleaned. By doing so, the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned. If the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape decreases due to repeated clean operations, it is sufficient to peel off and cut the adhesive tape for one round.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, since there are dry edge parts 4, 4 on both ends of the adhesive tape in the width direction, the adhesive tape can be rolled up by pinching both ends of the tape with both hands and peeling off the tape. The peeling boundary line X-X between the removed tape and the residual tape can be made into a substantially straight line in the horizontal direction, and if the adhesive tape is cut in this state, the cutting line can be made into a straight horizontal line along the above-mentioned X-X line. .

In addition, because the adhesive is applied partially, the force applied during peeling is not continuously applied at the adhesive interface, so even if a strong tensile force (peel force) is applied from one end to the dry edge, it will not work. , the strong peeling force is not continuously applied to the adhesive interface. Therefore, even if a strong tensile force is applied from one end, peeling will not progress unevenly, and
It has the advantage that the delamination boundary line described above tends to be in a straight line (even if there is a dry edge part when coating the entire surface, if a strong tensile force is applied from one end, the delamination progresses unevenly and the delamination boundary line becomes a straight line). <Effect of the invention> As explained in detail above, the rolled adhesive tape of the invention has a uniform adhesive layer partially formed on the support surface of the tape. First, since it has a dry edge portion that is continuous in the unwinding direction of the tape, it is possible to perform smooth peeling and removal while maintaining the linear state of the boundary line between the rolled-up tape and the remaining tape during peeling. Therefore, there is an effect that the used tape can be cut in a straight line without the need for complicated work such as making corrections when peeling the tape.
