(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, although dried plants themselves are fragile, they have poor adhesion to the coated resin. Even with epoxy resins and urethane resins that have relatively good adhesive properties, there is a problem in that they peel off with a slight bending force.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above problems, this invention provides a processed plant product that does not peel off the coating by coating dried plant flowers and leaves with a resin layer via a rubber layer. It is intended to.

(Function) There is a rubber layer between the fragile dried plant and the surface resin layer, and the rubber layer absorbs the difference in elongation due to bending, preventing the phenomenon of peeling.

Here, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the accessory 1 among the above-mentioned plant processed products according to this invention, in which flowers may be used, but in this case, the coating is applied to leaves 3 of plants which have relatively high oil content and poor adhesion. This is shown in an example.

The accessory 1 in Fig. 1 has a leaf 3 and a rubber layer 5.
It is made by covering one side with a resin layer 7 with a resin layer 7 interposed therebetween. This rubber layer 5 is made of natural rubber, and it is preferable to use a water-based emulsion rather than a rubber dissolved in a solvent. Further, the properties of the urethane resin are low viscosity, two-component, and nearly transparent with a large amount of nonvolatile components.

To explain how to make the accessory 1 shown in Figure 1, dry leaves 3 are dipped in an aqueous rubber emulsion, taken out and dried to form a rubber layer 5, dipped in a urethane resin solution, and taken out. After repeating the drying process about 4 times to form the resin layer 7 of the urethane resin layer 7a, the resin layer 7 is finished with a matte spray. If necessary, each mounting bracket is attached with adhesive depending on the purpose of the brooch, pendant, corsage, etc. This is ideal for rose leaves, etc.

Figure 2 shows how to make a resin layer 7 that is suitable for materials that have some strength even when dried, such as ginkgo nuts and maple leaves.A part of this resin layer 7, in this case one side, is made of epoxy resin on the urethane resin layer 7a. It has a multilayer structure coated with a resin layer 7b.

The method of making this accessory 1 is the same as described in FIG. 1, except that the urethane resin layer 7a is repeatedly formed in the urethane resin solution about 4 times.
An epoxy resin is applied to one surface, for example, the back surface of the leaf 3, and the epoxy resin layer 7b is overlaid to form a multilayer resin layer 7 together with the urethane resin layer 7a. After that, finish with a matte spray, etc., the same as in the case of Figure 1. The properties of the epoxy resin are room temperature curing, two-component, thixotropic, transparent, and little discoloration.

In addition, dried lily, kochioran, etc.
When the above-mentioned rubbers are poured into aqueous emulsions, some of them absorb water and cannot withstand their own weight. In this case, instead of dipping,
This can be solved by spraying a water-based rubber emulsion while blowing a gentle stream of warm air.

(Effects) As explained above, since dried plants are coated with a resin layer via a rubber layer, the surface of the plants is protected and the color and shape are kept close to their natural state, while also being able to be handled a little more easily. Even if the plant becomes rotten, phenomena such as peeling do not occur due to the rubber layer's cushioning effect, making it possible to provide a long-lasting plant product.
