又、フレキシブル基板の片面前面をGNDとする
ことによつてノイズ問題を解決し、さらに、セン
ス線と1本おきに配線されているGND線をフレ
キシブル基板のGNDパターンに接続することに
よつて、回路基板側への配線を約1/2に減少させ
た。

以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づき説明す
る。第1図は、本考案の一実施例を示す概略図で
あり、座標読取面1には、センス線2とGND線
3が1本おきに複数配設されている。又、前記セ
ンス線とGND線の端部が前記座標読取面1の1
辺端部に位置するようになつている。フレキシブ
ル基板4の一端は、座標読取面の1辺端部に配置
されたセンス線とGND線に対応した位置に接続
の為のパターンが設けられ、他端は走査回路基板
5上に設けられた走査回路基板コネクタ6に挿入
される為の接続部が形成されている。さらに、第
2図に示すようにこのフレキシブル基板4はベー
ス層12の上面に設けられたセンス線2と接続さ
れる表面パターン7が、前記センス線の接続部近
傍でスルーホール9によつてフレキシブル基板の
下面に設けた接続用パターン10と導通が取られ
ている。又、下面全面にはGND用の導通部8と
して裏面パターン8が設けられ、GND線との接
続部は櫛歯状に形成され、1つの凸部がGND線
1本と接続される。前記センス線接続部は、前記
櫛歯の間に設けられている。さらにそれぞれのパ
ターン面には絶縁層11が形成されている。
