Claims (1)
射波を送受波器で受けて電気信号に変換し、検出
しきい値を越えた信号を該測定対象からの反射波
とみなして検出し、超音波の送出から該検出まで
の時間を利用して測定対象までの距離等を測定す
る超音波測定装置において、 前記送受器で受けた反射波のうちのピーク値を
検出して保持するピーク検出回路7と、 該ピーク検出回路により検出され保持されたピ
ーク値と、前記送受器の受波とを比較する比較器
8と、 該比較器の出力パルスを入力とし、前記超音波
の送出を基準として所定スパン内に到達した最後
の出力パルスあるいはパルス群を測定対象からの
反射波とみなして検出し、所定の演算により測定
対象までの距離を算出する演算回路1とを有する
