Claims (1)
- ピストンロツドが連接されたピストンを内蔵し
た流体圧シリンダ装置と、該流体圧シリンダ装置
のピストン上室とピストン下室とに流体圧源を切
換え連通させる往復切換弁とを備えた流体圧機器
において、該往復切換弁と前記流体圧源との連通
路に、流体圧を加工用圧力と遊動用圧力とに減圧
調整する減圧調整手段と、前記ピストンの所定ス
トローク時に前記ピストン上室への供給圧を加工
用圧力に切換える作動切換手段を設けたことを特
徴とする流体圧機器の安全装置。
