<Industrial field of application> The disclosed technology is applicable to the technical field of the structure of transparent plate-like materials such as acrylic resin, glass, etc., which have a coating film formed on the back side of the transparent plate body, such as the panel of the sunlit part of a car. belong to <Summary of the gist> This invention relates to a structure of a transparent plate-like material having a decorative colored coating on the back side. This invention relates to the structure of a transparent plate-like material having a back coating film interposed between the plate-shaped material and a pigment-free, transparent coating film such as clear lacquer with a total average transmittance of 70% or more. <Prior art> Generally speaking, for the exterior panels of automobiles in areas exposed to sunlight, technology has recently been adopted to color transparent plate-like materials such as acrylic resin and glass in order to improve their aesthetics. However, there are various ways to do this, and when coloring is done to improve the appearance, there are various reasons such as taking advantage of the specularity of the surface of the transparent plate material or adding depth. , an embodiment is used in which a colored coating layer is formed on the back side of the material. By the way, until now, as shown in FIG. 1, a colored coating film 2 containing an appropriate pigment has been directly formed on the back surface of a transparent plate-like material 1 made of glass or the like. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, in the embodiment in which the plate-like material 1 is used, after the ultraviolet rays 3 in sunlight pass through the transparent plate-like material 1, the colored coating film 2 The irradiation is reflected on the bonding surface 4 of the material 1, and the bonding surface 4 is exposed to the material 1.
Since it is a bonding surface with low bonding properties between the color coating film 2 and the colored coating film 2, it is easily deteriorated by light energy and has the drawback of low weather resistance. As a result, when used over time, there was a problem that the overall aesthetic appearance of the painted surface was likely to be impaired. The purpose of this invention was to solve the technical problem of the structure of a transparent plate material with a coating film on the back surface based on the above-mentioned conventional technology. It is an object of the present invention to provide a transparent plate-like material structure having improved durability against light and the like and having an excellent back coating film that is useful for surface processing technology applications in various manufacturing industries. <Means for solving the problem> In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the structure of this invention, which is based on the above-mentioned claims for utility model registration, is to solve the above-mentioned problem. It has a plate-like material structure, and the colored coating film is provided on the back side of a transparent plate-shaped material with an average light transmittance of 80% or more via a pigment-free and transparent coating film with a total average transmittance of 70% or more. It has a transparent plate-like material structure with a back coating film. <Function> Therefore, when sunlight, etc. containing ultraviolet rays, etc. are irradiated and transmitted through the transparent plate-shaped material, and reflected by the colored coating film formed on the back side, the transparent plate-shaped material It has an average light transmittance of 80% or more, and a pigment-free transparent coating film with a total average transmittance of 70% or more is interposed between the transparent plate material and the colored coating film. , a technical measure that prevents deterioration of the bonded surface with the transparent plate-like material by reflecting sunlight, etc. on the highly adhesive bonding surface of the colored coating film and the transparent coating film. This study included the following. <Example> Next, an example of this invention will be described based on FIG. 2 as follows. Note that the same parts as in FIG. 1 will be explained using the same reference numerals. 1' is a transparent plate-like material (average light transmittance of 400 mm to 700 mm is 80% or more), and the back side of the transparent plate-like material 1' is coated with a transparent coating film 5 such as clear lacquer that does not contain pigments. (a film thickness at which the total average transmittance is 70% or more) is painted by a wet-on-wet method, and furthermore, on the back side of the paint film 5, a colored paint film 2 colored with a predetermined pigment is applied. It is formed by twisting. Therefore, the transparent coating film 5 and the colored coating film 2
Since the bonding and adhering surface 4' between the transparent plate-like material 1' and the colored coating film 2 is a surface formed by mutual coatings, it has poor bonding strength and weather resistance compared to the direct bonding and adhering surface between the transparent plate-like material 1' and the colored coating film 2. It is extremely large. In this way, when the ultraviolet rays of sunlight 3 are incident on the surface of the plate material 1' on which the coating film 5 and the colored coating film 2 are formed, the ultraviolet rays 3 are absorbed by the transparent plate material 1' and the transparent coating material. After passing through the film 5, it is reflected at the interface between the colored coating film 2 and the coating film 5, which contain pigments and are made of different media. However, since the adhesion force of the bonding surface 4' between the colored coating film 2 and the coating film 5 is greater than the adhesion force of the direct bonding surface of the transparent plate material 1' and the colored coating film 2, the ultraviolet rays
The bonding surface 4' between the colored coating film 2 and the coating film 5 will not peel off due to the optical energy. According to the above-mentioned example, the materials shown in Table 1 below were subjected to a shear adhesion test shown in Table 2 and a tape test shown in Table 3 to confirm adhesion after weathering tests. The results are shown in Table 3.

This provides an excellent effect of preventing the colored coating film from deteriorating over time. In addition, by interposing a pigment-free transparent coating film with a total average transmittance of 70% or more between the colored coating film and a transparent plate material with an average light transmittance of 80% or more, the colored coating film Compared to the adhesion force of the bonded surface between the colored paint film and the transparent plate material, the adhesion force of the bonded surface of the colored paint film and the transparent paint film is greater than that of the bonded surface of the transparent plate material, which causes deterioration of the bonded surface when exposed to sunlight, etc. The occurrence of peeling and blistering at the joint surface with the transparent plate-like material is extremely small, and the excellent effect is that the aesthetic appearance is not impaired.
