CONSTITUTION:A surface hardness-modified plate comprises a synthetic resin base plate 1, a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin layer 2 and a hard coat layer 3 and is produced by a method wherein, after a coating layer of the PMMA-coated film, which is formed by applying a PMMA resin coating liquid to a release film, is thermally welded to the surface of the synthetic resin base plate 1 such as a polycarbonate plate, the release film is peeled off and a thermosetting resin hard coating agent is applied to the surface of the coating layer.

本発明の請求項1の表面硬度改質板は、合成樹脂基板の
表面にポリメチルメタアクリレート樹脂(以下PMMA

よって得られた2層フィルムを、融着により一体化した
る後、離形フィルムを剥離し、さらにPMMA樹脂層の
表面に熱硬化樹脂タイプのハードコート剤を塗布する事
により、ハードコート層とPMMA樹脂層と合成樹脂基
板を一体化する事を特徴とするものである。
