Claims (3)
- 1.化学工学、特に熱的分離及び混合技術のための規則的な充填物であって、該 充填物が規則的なファン状羽根要素と一部覆われたチャネルの異なって整合され た列の系とを備える充填物において、等辺形の角錐が平らな正方形の格子の上に 形成され、該角錐の側面が交互に開き且つ閉じられており、2つの上記の角錐が 1つをそのおのおのの側で格子の各要素よりも上へ高められ、それにより正方形 格子要素の底側に配置され且つ異なる角錐に属する2つの閉じた側面が平面を形 成し、それにより構成された層が角錐の頂点を互いに接触させて1つの層を他の 1つの層の上に配置され、それにより角錐の頂点で収斂する面が互いに一緒に平 面を形成しないことを特徴とする規則的な充填物。
- 2.角錐の側面が完全に閉じられてなく、1つまたはそれ以上の小さいオリフィ スを形成していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の充填物。
- 3.充填ユニット及びそれを編まれた織物、金属シート又は箔尾様な平らな材料 から作る方法であって、偏菱形区域が第4図又は第5図に示されるように選択的 に穿孔され、第4図は又は第5図に示された真直ぐな線f−fに沿う縁部がひだ 付マットを形成するようにジグザグ形であり、且つかくして形成されたマットを 互いの上に垂直方向に配置することによって、請求の範囲第1項に記載の特徴と する構成が現れることを特徴とする充填ユニット及びそれを編まれた織物、金属 シート又は箔尾様な平らな材料から作る方法。
