Claims (10)
- 1.複数のC4−オレフィン原料供給点を有するライザー反応器において流動化 ゼオライト触媒の存在下、少なくとも5:1のC6−C8芳香族炭化水素のC4 −オレフィンに対する重重比にてC4−オレフィンを含んで成る原料ストリーム をC8−C8芳香族炭化水素を含んで成る原料ストリームと接触させて、C8− C8芳香族炭化水素をC4−オレフィンによりアルキル化して必要なアルキル芳 香族炭化水素生成物を生成することを含んで成る、アルキル芳香族生成物の製造 方法。
- 2.ライザー反応器は下方ライザー領域および上方流動化触媒床領域を有して成 り、複数のオレフィン原料供給点は反応器のライザー領域の高さに沿って、ある いはライザー領域および上方流動化触媒床領域の高さに沿って離れている請求の 範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.C4−オレフィン性原料ストリームおよびC8−C8芳香族炭化水素原料ス トリームの接触を350〜900℃(177〜482℃)の温度および20〜6 50psig(240〜4580kPa)の圧力で実施する請求の範囲第1項記 載の方法。
- 4.接触を500〜800°F(260〜427℃)の温度および120〜42 0psig(930〜3000kPa)の圧力で実施する請求の範囲第3項記載 の方法。
- 5.ゼオライト触媒は、少なくとも12のシリカのアルミナに対するモル比およ び1〜12の拘束指数を有するゼオライトを含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。
- 6.ゼオライト触媒はZSM−5を含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 7.C4−炭化水素原料ストリームは、8〜50重量%のエテンおよび3〜50 重量%のプロペンを含んで成り、芳香族原料ストリームは10〜95重量%のC 8−C8芳香族化合物を含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 8.ライザー反応器から触媒の一部分を取り出し、700〜1200°F(37 1〜649℃)の温度において再生領域で水素と取り出した触媒を接触させて、 吸収した炭化水素生成物をストリップし、触媒からコークスを除去し、また、触 媒を再生し、その後、再生した触媒をライザー反応器に戻すことを更に含んで成 る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 9.ライザー反応器から触媒の一部分を取り出し、触媒ストリッピング領域にお いて取り出した触媒を不活性ストリッピングガスと接触させて触媒から吸収した 炭化水素生成物をストリップし、次に、触媒を再生領域に送り、そこで700〜 950°F(371〜510℃)の温度で触媒を酸素含有ガスと接触させて触媒 からコークスを除去して触媒を再生し、再生した触媒をライザー反応器に戻すこ とを更に含んで成る請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 10.芳香族炭化水素のオレフィンに対する重量比が10:1〜15:1である 請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
