Description
Claims (8)
- 1.瀝青炭の硫黄及び灰分を低減させるための方法であって、(a)供給瀝青炭 を粒径600μm以下になるように粉砕して微粉砕石炭を生成し、 (b)得られた微粉砕石炭を水及び10重量%未満のブリッジングオイルの乾燥 石炭と混合して、石炭−水−油スラリーを生成するが、そのブリッジングオイル は実質的に100〜10%の重油または瀝青並びに0〜90%の、ジーゼル油、 灯油及びナフサからなる群から選択される軽油から構成されており、 (c)得られたスラリーを撹拌して、石炭微細凝集物を生成し、(d)この微細 凝集物を前記スラリーから分離して、回収炭を得、 (e)得られた回収炭を、撹拌、曝気、硫化鉱を含有する水から回収された石炭 を分離することを有するサイクルを少なくとも一回通すことによって清浄な水で 洗浄して、供給石炭と比較して硫黄及び灰分が実質的に低減された清浄な回収炭 を生成させる工程を有する方法。
- 2.さらに、 (f)回収炭を湿式粉砕して、二重粉砕炭を生成し、(g)得られた二重粉砕炭 を乾燥石炭重量で10重量%未満のブリッジングオイルと混合して、第二の石炭 −水−油スラリーを生成し、 (h)得られた第二のスラリーを撹拌して二重粉砕炭凝集物を生成し、 (i)得られた二重粉砕炭凝集物を第二のスラリーから分離して二重粉砕回収石 炭を得、 (j)得られた二重粉砕回収石炭を洗浄サイクルを少なくとも一回通すことによ って水で洗浄して、供給石炭と比較して硫黄及び灰分が実質的に低減された二重 粉砕回収清浄石炭を生成する工程を有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.工程(b)及び(g)においてブリッジングオイルを3%未満の量で添加す る請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法。
- 4.ブリッジングオイルを0.5〜1.0%添加する請求の範囲第3項に記載の 方法。
- 5.工程(e)が複数の洗浄サイクルからなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 6.工程(j)が複数の洗浄サイクルからなる請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。
- 7.工程(e)が3回以上の洗浄サイクルからなる請求の範囲第5項に記載の方 法。
- 8.工程(j)が3回以上の洗浄サイクルからなる請求の範囲第6項に記載の方 法。
