5, shafts 38 each equipped with a lifting sprocket 34 are rotatably supported by a box-shaped bearing 39, two guide rods 40 are inserted into the bearings 39 in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower shafts of these two guide rods 40 are Two support frames 4 whose ends are attached vertically to the inner surface of the frame 1
1, 42, and the lower part 39 of the bearing 39.
A spring 43 is stretched between the support frame 42 and the support frame 42 on the lower side. In these pair of elevating devices 35, the elevating sprocket 34 that engages with the two traction chains 7, 7, respectively, becomes two when the pair of driven sprockets 5, 5 do not stop.
Since the traction chains 7, 7 of the rows are moved in a tensioned state, the traction chains 7, 7 are in a raised position against the downward pulling force of the spring 43.
does not impede the transition. Further, when the pair of driven sprockets 5, 5 are stopped due to the operation of the intermittent stop device 33, the other part of the traction chain 7 that has stopped continues to advance toward the driven sprocket 4, so that the driven sprocket 4 Although slack occurs in the traction chain 7 on the front side, the lifting sprocket 34 lowers integrally with the bearing 39, which is guided by the two guide rods 40 and lowered by the downward tensile force of the spring 43, thereby eliminating the slack. It is designed to be absorbed.

At this time, slack occurs in the portion of each traction chain 7 that moves from the rear, but this slack is taken up by the lifting sprocket 34, which moves up and down independently, being pulled downward by the spring 42 and lowering the sprockets 2 and 4. The slack in the chain 7 between the sprockets 4 and 5 is absorbed, and the chain 7 between the sprockets 4 and 5 is stretched horizontally. Further, the portion of the traction chain 7 leading from each driven sprocket 5 moves the driven sprocket 6, which is independently horizontally movable, while pushing it to the left in FIGS. 1 and 2 against the elastic force of the spring 49.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, a lifting sprocket, a driven sprocket, and an intermittently driven sprocket are provided to move up and down independently in the conveying direction of the conveying member, thereby forming a transition regulating device. A sprocket that can move horizontally independently is installed on the back side of the sprocket, so the conveying member can be held horizontally and temporarily stopped, and while one part of the conveying member is temporarily stopped, other parts of the conveying member can also be stopped. You can continue the migration without any problems.
This allows the flat objects supplied from the suction conveyor to be continuously fed to the horizontally moving transport member, and prevents the supplied flat objects from being crushed between the partition walls of the transport member. In addition, the flat objects at the temporarily stopped portion can be carried out using a carry-out device, and bagging of flat objects can be completely automated. In addition, a lifting sprocket, a driven sprocket, and a sprocket that are driven intermittently are installed to move the conveying member horizontally, which independently raises and lowers them in sequence in the conveying direction of the conveying member, making the entire device compact and advantageous in terms of installation space. be effective.
