Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は設計製図用複写紙として好適なトレー
シングフイルムに関する。
シングフイルムに関する。
従来の上記トレーシングフイルムは、耐熱温度
100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムの表裏面に和紙を
貼着したもので、電子写真複写機でのトナの定着
が良好なこと、加筆、修正が簡単でインクやスタ
ンプの使用ができること、寸法安定性に優れ高温
多湿に充分耐えること、丈夫で破れにくく保存性
に優れていること、静電気が生じにくく汚れにく
いことなどの利点がある反面、両面紙貼りのため
高価につく欠点があつた。
100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムの表裏面に和紙を
貼着したもので、電子写真複写機でのトナの定着
が良好なこと、加筆、修正が簡単でインクやスタ
ンプの使用ができること、寸法安定性に優れ高温
多湿に充分耐えること、丈夫で破れにくく保存性
に優れていること、静電気が生じにくく汚れにく
いことなどの利点がある反面、両面紙貼りのため
高価につく欠点があつた。
本考案者は上記問題点を鋭意研究の結果、耐熱
温度100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムの表面に和紙
又はトレーシングペーパーを貼着すれば、表面側
に凹状に湾曲するので、裏面側に有機溶剤可溶の
樹脂をコーテイングすれば、裏面側にも凹状に湾
曲しようとする力が働いて均衝し、前記合成樹脂
フイルムは平面化することを見出し本考案の開発
に成功した。
温度100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムの表面に和紙
又はトレーシングペーパーを貼着すれば、表面側
に凹状に湾曲するので、裏面側に有機溶剤可溶の
樹脂をコーテイングすれば、裏面側にも凹状に湾
曲しようとする力が働いて均衝し、前記合成樹脂
フイルムは平面化することを見出し本考案の開発
に成功した。
本考案を実施例に基き以下に図示説明する。
１０は、ポリエステルフイルム、ポリイミドフ
イルム、ポリカーボネイトフイルム、セルロース
エステルフイルム、ポリアミドフイルム等の耐熱
温度100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムで、厚み50ミ
クロン以上が好ましい。２０は和紙又はトレーシ
ングペーパーで、和紙はその厚み25ｇ／m2以上、
トレーシングペーパーはその厚み40ｇ／m2以上が
好ましい。３０は有機溶剤可溶の樹脂をコーテイ
ングした層で、有機溶剤としては、アルコール
類、ケトン類、塩素化炭化水素類等の１種又は２
種以上を混合したもの、樹脂としては、ポリオレ
フイン系、アクリル酸系のものが用いられる。ま
た、コーテイング層には、必要に応じ粒子サイズ
0.007ミクロンから20ミクロンまでのマツト剤を
含有させ、かつ、コーテイング層の表面固有抵抗
値１×108オーム〜１×1015オームの範囲内にし
て、高速電子写真複写機（一時間当り3600枚〜
7200枚）の給紙用トレイからの重送事故を防止す
ることができるように配慮する。

本考案フイルムは上記のように構成されている
ので、従来のトレーシングフイルムと同様な性能
を発揮することができる上に、フイルム裏面の和
紙代及び和紙貼り代を不要としているのでコスト
を大巾に削減できる。

- 耐熱温度100℃以上の合成樹脂フイルムの表面
に和紙又はトレーシングペーパーを貼着し、裏面
に有機溶剤可溶の樹脂をコーテイングしたことを
