- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電気絶縁性基板上に形成される導体箔と、前記
電気絶縁性基板を挟持する部材とを導体箔上に施
されるはんだメツキによつて電気的に接続するこ
とができるようにした配線基板の構造において、 前記電気絶縁性基板上の部材によつて挟持され
る領域では、挟持されない領域よりも、導体箔の
レジスト層から露出する割合が小さいことを特徴
とする配線基板の構造。
