    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハンドフレームと、このハンドフレームの互い
    に対向する両側壁に夫々固定したピストンとこの
    ピストンに相対的に移動するシリンダとを有する
    互いに対向配置した一対の流体シリンダ装置と、
    上記各シリンダに固定したワーク挾持用フインガ
    ーと、上記各シリンダ間に介挿した圧縮スプリン
    グと、上記各流体シリンダ装置に流体圧を供給す
    る共通の流体圧源と、上記一対の流体シリンダ装
    置の何れか一方に設けた流体抜き機構とより成る
    ことを特徴とするロボツトハンド装置。
