ールと、該第１フライホイールと同軸上に回転自
在に枢支され且つ外周にスタータ用リングギヤを
備えた第２フライホイールとからなり、前記第１
フライホイールを含む回転系に共回り可能に支持
され、該回転系の低速回転時において前記第２フ
ライホイールの軸方向端面に対して摩擦係合可能
に圧接され、前記回転系の高速回転時には遠心力
により前記第２フライホイールの軸方向端面から
離隔する如く作用する摩擦接触部を有する弾性連
係部材が付設されていることを特徴とするフライ
ホイール装置。 ２ 前記リングギヤが強化プラスチツク製とされ
ていることを特徴とする前記請求項１記載のフラ
