Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 主ピストンの一端面に作動液圧を作用させる
ためのシリンダ室に作動液を送り込んで前記主ピ
ストンを前進させ、或いは前記シリンダ室から作
動液を流出させて前記主ピストンを後退させるリ
ニアアクチユエータにおいて、 作動液の給排貯留槽として機能するタンクと、 電流パルスで断続的に励磁される前進用ソレノ
イド装置と、 前記前進用ソレノイド装置によつて断続的に駆
動されることにより一定ストロークで直線往復運
動を行なう吐出用ピストンと、 前記吐出用ピストンの直線往復運動によつて容
積が交番状に変化される加圧室と、 前記加圧室の容積が増加する際のみ開いて前記
タンク内の作動液を前記加圧室内に流入させる吸
込用チエツク弁と、 前記加圧室の容積が減少する際のみ開いて前記
加圧室内の作動液を前記シリンダ室に送り込む吐
出用チエツク弁と、 前記シリンダ室から前記タンクへ通じる還流路
を前記シリンダ室側からの作動液の流れに対して
遮断する還流用チエツク弁と、 電流信号を受けて励磁されたときに前記還流用
チエツク弁を強制的に開いて前記シリンダ室から
前記タンクへの作動液の還流を許容する後退用ソ
レノイド装置、 とを備えたことを特徴とするリニアアクチユエー
タ。 ２ 前記タンクがダイヤフラムなどの弾性壁手段
