As described above, the engine 1 may have to be taken down for maintenance or repair, even though it is the heaviest vehicle accessory. In addition, the vibration isolator 4
As shown in FIG. 1, in order to properly perform functions such as supporting and vibration-proofing the engine 1, they are arranged at an angle. Furthermore, this section of the support device is very narrow in order to benefit from space savings.

Therefore, when loading and unloading the engine unit, it is very difficult to fit and remove the bolts 4d and 4e into the mounting holes 2b and 7b.
As a result, it is possible to work by loosening or removing the mounting bolts 2d and 2e of the engine side mounting part 2c of the mounting leg 2, but since there is no space,
This task is also not easy. For this reason, engine 1
When loading and unloading, please pry between the mounting legs 2, vibration isolator 4, and bracket 7, and remove the vibration isolator 4 and bolts 4.

Furthermore, when replacing the vibration isolator 4, the engine unit must be lifted considerably to obtain space for the replacement. In order to lift it in this way, other connecting members such as the torque bush and torque rod must also be removed, which poses the problem of requiring extra effort.

In order to achieve this purpose, this invention includes face plates fixed substantially parallel to both end faces of the elastic body, and a vibration isolator fixed to each face plate with bolts protruding substantially perpendicularly from each face plate. and insert each bolt into the mounting hole of the mounting seat of each supporting member fixedly installed on the engine side and the vehicle body side, respectively, so that each of the face plates comes into contact with each of the mounting seats, and the mounting hole is inserted into each of the mounting holes. In an engine support device provided by supporting an engine through the vibration isolator by tightening the inserted bolts with nuts, either one of the engine-side and vehicle body-side support members and the vibration isolator are provided. An intermediate support member is provided between the intermediate support member and a mounting seat for one of the support members on the engine side and the vehicle body side. The intermediate support member is movably connected to one of the support members on the engine side and the vehicle body side so as to be brought into contact with and separated from the face plate of either one of the face plates in the direction in which the bolts protrude.

Since the intermediate support member 20 is rotatable around the shaft 22, before the engine 1 is installed, the intermediate support member 20 is rotated clockwise around the shaft 22 in the figure and suspended from above. The engine 1 is kept out of the way until it reaches its normal position. When the engine 1 reaches the position approximately shown in the drawings, the flange of the intermediate support member 20 is rotated counterclockwise in the drawings about the shaft 22 so that the intermediate support member 20 is in the position shown. 20a

When loading and unloading the engine 1, by loosening the bolt nuts 42 and moving the intermediate support member 40, the flange 40a, which is the mounting seat of the bracket 40, is attached to the face plate 4b of the vibration isolator 4 from the protruding direction of the bolt 4d. Since the bolts 4d can be inserted into and removed from the mounting holes 40b of the flange 40a by contacting and separating from each other, the work of mounting and lowering the engine 1 and replacing the vibration isolator 4 is facilitated in the first embodiment. This is the same as described for the example.

Further, in this second embodiment, the intermediate support member 40
Although it is possible to move left and right with respect to the frame 6, the work will be further facilitated if it is made movable in the mounting direction (the axial direction of the bolt 4d of the vibration isolator 4), that is, in the protruding direction of the bolt 4d.

In this third embodiment, the intermediate support member 50
is rotatably supported about a shaft 52 with respect to a bracket 57 which is a support member on the vehicle body side.
The intermediate support member 50 is provided with an oblong hole 56 centered on the shaft 52, and a bracket 57 is provided with a bolt nut 54 that fits into the oblong hole 56 and is slidable therein. Therefore, the intermediate support member 50 is rotatable within the range of the oblong hole 56 and can be fixed at any position with the bolt/nut 54.

When loading and unloading the engine 1, the work of loading and unloading the engine 1 and replacing the vibration isolator 4 can be easily carried out by loosening the bolts and nuts 54 and rotating the intermediate support member 50 around the shaft 52. is the same as above. Furthermore, in this third embodiment, the intermediate support member 50 can be fixed at a desired position with the bolt/nut 54, so when the engine 1 is mounted or lowered, the intermediate support member 50 can be temporarily fixed at a position where it will not get in the way. You can leave it there. Therefore, work can be carried out smoothly.

Face plates are fixed substantially parallel to both end faces of the elastic body, and vibration isolators are provided with bolts protruding substantially perpendicularly from each of these face plates, and are fixed on the engine side and the vehicle body side, respectively. By inserting each of the bolts into the mounting holes of the mounting seats of each supporting member, bringing the face plates into contact with the mounting seats, and tightening the bolts inserted into the mounting holes with nuts. In the engine support device provided to support the engine through the vibration isolator, an intermediate support member is provided between the vibration isolator and either one of the engine side and vehicle body side support members. At the same time, a mounting seat for either one of the support members on the engine side or the vehicle body side is provided on this intermediate support member, and the mounting seat of this intermediate support member is attached to the face plate of either one of the vibration isolators from the direction in which the bolts protrude. An engine support device characterized in that the intermediate support member is movably connected to one of the support members on the engine side and the vehicle body side so as to be brought into contact with and separated from each other.
