ンジスタの入力及び出力に接続するとともに、前
記誘電体基板の裏面には前記アンテナ近傍を除い
た領域に導体を設けて前記同軸導波管変換器に接
続し、誘電体基板の表面には前記トランジスタの
バイアス供給回路を形成して前記アンテナに接続
