Claims (1)
- 触媒が担持されたメタル担体を、筒状の外筒に
挿入して固定し、該外筒の上流部に排気マニホー
ルド側に接続される第１のケースを嵌合させ、該
第１のケースの下流側端部と前記外筒とを全周溶
接にて接合し、前記外筒の下流部に排気管に接続
される第２のケースのケースを嵌合させ、該第２
のケースの上流側端部と前記外筒とを全周溶接に
て接合し、前記第１のケースと前記外筒との嵌合
代を、前記第２のケースと前記外筒との嵌合代よ
りも大としたことを特徴とする排気マニホールド
触媒コンバータ。
