Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １対のトランジスタのコレクタが互いのベース
に接続されると共に１対の抵抗器にそれぞれ接続
され、上記１対のトランジスタのエミツタ間にコ
ンデンサが接続された非安定マルチバイブレータ
の動作電流を制御電圧により変化させて発信周波
数を制御するようにした電圧制御発振器において
、 上記１対の抵抗器を多結晶シリコン層により比
較的低い抵抗値に形成すると共に、 当該１対の抵抗器の各一端に微小容量のコンデ
ンサを接続して所定カツトオフ周波数の低域フイ
ルタを形成させてなる電圧制御発振器。
