Claims (1)
- Ｈ形強酸性陽イオン交換樹脂とＯＨ形強塩基性
陰イオン交換樹脂と粒状活性炭との混合物をカー
トリツジ内に充填し、当該カートリツジの一方の
側から被処理水を流入し、他方の側から前記混合
物の層に被処理水を通過させることにより得られ
る純水を流出するカートリツジ式純水製造装置に
おいて、純水の比抵抗を上昇させるための実質的
に粒状活性炭を含まないＨ形強酸性陽イオン交換
樹脂とＯＨ形強塩基性陰イオン交換樹脂の混合樹
脂層を前記混合物の層の下流側に積層させてなる
ことを特徴とするカートリツジ式純水製造装置。
