Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 通電時に赤外線を放射する通電体層を複数個
並列的に絶縁基盤面上に形成するとともにこれら
の通電体層に択一的に通電し、波長の異なる赤外
線が選択的に放射されるよう構成したことを特徴
とする赤外線ヒーター。 ２ 通電時に発熱する通電体層を複数個並列的に
絶縁基盤面上に形成するとともにこれらの通電体
層のそれぞれに波長の異なる赤外線を放射するセ
ラミツクス層を被覆しかつ前記複数個の通電体層
に択一的に通電し、波長の異なる赤外線が選択的
に放射されるよう構成したことを特徴とする赤外
線ヒーター。
