抗値の経時変化も保障されている基準抵抗器と、
該基準抵抗器と直列に接続された少なくとも一個
の測温抵抗体と、これら基準抵抗器と測温抵抗体
の直列回路に直流電流を流すための短期安定度が
保障された定電流源と、前記基準抵抗器の周囲温
度を測定する温度計とを具備し、測定温度におけ
る前記抵抗値の補正された基準抵抗器を定電流が
流れることによる電圧降下と、測温抵抗体を定電
流が流れることによる電圧降下との差分値から温
度を測定するように構成したことを特徴とする測
