Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 部材表面の検査を行う検出器と、検出器が取り
付けられる測定器部と、被検査部材である長尺丸
棒が載置され該長尺丸棒を軸方向に搬送する複数
のローラと、からなる表面検査装置に於いて、 前記ローラを長尺丸棒の軸方向と一定の角度を
なすよう前記測定器部に取り付け、該ローラの回
転により長尺丸棒を回転させると共に軸方向に搬
送し、前記検出器によつて該長尺丸棒の全周の表
面検査を行うことを特徴とする表面検査装置。
