Claims (1)
- チヤンバー内に、シリコン等の融液を収容する
ルツボ、該ルツボの周囲に配置されるヒーター等
を収納して構成され、少なくとも前記ヒーターを
上下動させるようにした単結晶引上装置において
、前記ヒーターの電極の前記チヤンバー外へ露出
する部位を伸縮自在な蛇腹状のベローズで被うと
ともに、該ベローズの一端を電気絶縁部材を介し
て前記チヤンバーに固定し、他端を前記電極に固
定して成る単結晶引上装置のシール構造。
