Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力軸の回転を増速もしくは減速あるいは反転
    して出力軸に伝達する複数の遊星歯車機構が同一
    軸線上に配列され、入力軸もしくは各遊星歯車機
    構の回転要素などの回転部材のうち第１の回転部
    材を第２の回転部材と第３の回転部材とに選択的
    に連結する第１の多板クラツチおよび第２の多板
    クラツチと、該第２の回転部材を第４の回転部材
    に選択的に連結する第３の多板クラツチと、第３
    の回転部材を選択的に固定するブレーキバンドと
    が、前記遊星歯車機構による歯車列に対して軸線
    方向での一端側に配置された自動変速機において
    、 前記第１の回転部材に連結された第１クラツチ
    ドラムの内周面と外周面とに複数枚の摩擦板が取
    付けられるとともに、前記第２の回転部材に連結
    された第２クラツチドラムが第１クラツチドラム
    の外周側に同心状に配置され、この第２クラツチ
    ドラムの内周面に前記摩擦板と交互に複数枚の摩
    擦板が取付けられて前記第１の多板クラツチを形
    成し、かつ第２クラツチドラムの外周面に複数枚
    の他の摩擦板が取付けられ、また前記第１クラツ
    チドラムの内周面に前記第３回転部材に連結した
    第３クラツチドラムが同心状に配置されるととも
    に、その第３クラツチドラムの外周面に前記第１
    クラツチドラムの内周面に取付けた摩擦板に対し
    て交互に配置された摩擦板が取付けられて前記第
    ３の多板クラツチが形成され、さらに前記第２ク
    ラツチドラムの外周側に、前記第４回転部材に連
    結された第４クラツチドラムが同心状に配置され
    るとともに、その第４クラツチドラムの内周面に
    前記第２クラツチドラムの外周面に取付けた摩擦
    板に対して交互に配置された摩擦板が取付けられ
    て前記第４の多板クラツチが形成され、前記ブレ
    ーキバンドがその第４クラツチドラムの外周側に
    第４の多板クラツチと同心状に配置されているこ
    とを特徴とする自動変速機の摩擦係合装置の構造
    。
