Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部中空のアキユムレータ本体内にベローズを
    装填し、このベローズの一端をアキユムレータ本
    体側に固定し、他端を密封することにより制御流
    体室を形成し、この制御流体室に導入される制御
    流体の圧力に応じてベローズが所定方向に伸縮す
    るように構成してなるベローズ型アキユムレータ
    において、 前記ベローズの伸縮方向以外の動きを防止する
    ガイド手段を設けたことを特徴とするベローズ型
    アキユムレータ。
