起伏部、７：所要の間隙、８：荷重変換用板体、
９：圧力伝達部材。

Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子に加わる圧力変化を該圧電振動子の
出力変化として流動体のレベルを検出するように
したレベルセンサに於いて、前記圧電振動子と流
動体との間に間隙を形成するための可撓性部材を
備え、該可撓性部材を介して前記流動体の圧力変
化を前記振動子の振動節近傍に加えるための圧力
伝達部材を設け、前記圧電振動子の外方に位置す
る前記可撓性部材の部位に伸縮自在な起伏部を形
成するように構成したことを特徴とする流動体レ
ベルセンサ。
