Claims (1)
- 機台側と被支持体側のいずれか一方に対して固
定されるセンター部材と、他方に対して固定され
るケース部材が金属材もしくは樹脂材製のベロー
ズによつて気密的に連着され、前記ケース部材の
内部に展設されたダイアフラムと前記ベローズお
よびセンター部材によつて形成された流体室が、
オリフイスを有する隔壁によつて２室に区画され
てなることを特徴とする流体封入式マウント。
