- 移動軸に摺接して密封流体を密封するシールリ
ツプと、シールリツプの移動軸に接触する面圧を
維持するため、シールリツプの大気側に設けられ
たバツクアツプリングと、バツクアツプリングと
シールリツプとの間に設けられ、シールリツプの
変形を防止するべく、密封流体側の圧力に応じて
膨張・収縮するアキユムレータとを有する密封装
置。
