- リツプ先端が往復動軸に接触して密封するシー
ルリツプ部と、シールリツプ部が加圧されたとき
にシールリツプ部を保持すべくシールリツプ部に
隣接して設けられたバツクアツプリングとからな
り、バツクアツプリングは、往復動軸に対向する
内周面に平行突起を有することを特徴とする密封
装置。
