ニームの樹皮の乾燥細断量500gにメタノール42を
加え、室温にて約3日間抽出処理を行った。得られた抽
出混合物を濾過してメタノール抽出液を得た。抽出残渣
に再びメタノール4更を加え、室温にて約3日間抽出処
理を行った。この操作を計3回行いメタノール抽出液3
回分を集め、ロータリーエバポレーターにて濃縮乾固し
て30gの褐色粉末を得た。得たる粉末14gに乳化剤
(「ハイマール326 H、−、松本油脂製)6gを加
