Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 開閉操作される上型および下型の間にリー
ドフレーム上に形成すべきパツケージ形状をなす
キヤビテイが形成され、前記下型の定位置にリー
ドフレームを載置して型閉めしたうえ、各キヤビ
テイに溶融樹脂を注入して素子パツケージを成形
する素子パツケージ成形用金型において、 前記上型および下型の少なくとも一方には、リ
ードフレームとの対向位置に、リードフレームの
有無を検出する検出機構を設けたことを特徴とす
る素子パツケージ成形用金型。 (2) 前記検出機構は、型閉め時にリードフレー
ムをはさんで対向する位置において互いの光軸を
一致させて前記上型および下型のそれぞれに埋設
させた光フアイバと、一方の光フアイバに接続さ
れた発光素子と、他方の光フアイバに接続された
受光素子とから構成されていることを特徴とする
第１項記載の素子パツケージ成形用金型。
