- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 移動方向に強誘電体と低誘電体とを交互に所
定のピツチで複数個配置させた可動子と、前記可
動子の両面に微少空隙を介して対向させて、前記
強誘電体のピツチと所定の関係をもつピツチで配
列された電極を備えた固定子とから構成された静
電モータにおいて、 前記可動子が、板状の単結晶シリコンの絶縁支
持体からなる低誘電体と、 前記絶縁支持体の両面の移動方向に所定のピツ
チで複数個配置された金属体と、 前記絶縁支持体の両面で対応する金属体どうし
を接続した導電体からなる接続体と、 前記絶縁支持体および金属体の表面に被覆され
た絶縁皮膜とから構成されたことを特徴とする静
