(Prior Art) Various structures are known for corrugated packaging boxes depending on the type of items to be packaged. Despite the fact that the most common cardboard packaging boxes for heavy goods, which are equipped with a series of flaps, require the use of a buffer frame during packaging to prevent the packaged items from moving or being damaged within the box. I can't find anything with a buffer frame. For this reason, when packing, it is necessary to set a separately prepared buffer frame inside the box, fit the buffer frame above the package after storing the packaged items, and then seal the box after closing it with a flap. The drawback was that it required a lot of work.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention consists of two side plates of every other strip of strip material, in which four rectangular side plates are connected to each other via folding lines for inward folding. An outer flap for forming the top cover is connected to the upper edge via a folding line for inward folding, and an outer flap for forming the bottom cover is connected to the lower edge of the two side plates via a folding line for inward folding. Further, a corner plate part for forming the upper support frame is successively provided on the upper edge of the other two side plate parts via a folding line for inward folding, and each corner plate part is connected to the folding line. The folding lines for inward folding and the folding lines for outward folding which are parallel to each other form sections into three belt-shaped frame parts and a belt-shaped fixing plate part, and furthermore, a section is formed under the other two side plate parts. Corner plate parts for forming the lower support frame are connected to the edges via folding lines for inward folding, and each corner plate part has a folding line for inward folding parallel to the folding lines for forming the bottom support frame. A section is formed in the square frame part, and the square frame part is provided with a vertical cut reaching the folding line and a cut connecting the cuts on the folding line at the lower part of both sides of the square frame part. A folding line for inward folding that connects the lower ends of the cut, a folding line for outward folding that connects the upper part of the cut, and a folding line for inward folding that reaches the side edge of the square frame material from the middle part of each cut. Using a blank plate for assembling a corrugated packaging box, in which a folding line is provided, a band-shaped fixing plate is formed between the cut and the folding line, and a frame top plate is formed below the folding line, Of the upper corner plate parts of the other two side plate parts mentioned above, the part above the folding line for inward folding is folded 180 degrees inward from the folding line, and the band-shaped fixing plate part on the other side is folded inwards from the folding line. In addition to adhesively fixing it to the inner surfaces of the two side panels,
Of the corner plate parts on the lower side, the part below the folding line for inward folding is folded 180 degrees inward from the folding line, and the band-shaped fixing plate part formed on the square frame part is folded into the band-like shape. Glue and fix to the inner surface of the bottom of the frame, and

(Function) When in use, the side plate parts 1 and 2 and the side plate parts 3 and 4 are bent 90 degrees inward from the folding lines 5 and 7 for inward folding, as shown in Fig. 3. It is made into a rectangular tube shape as shown, and then the side plate parts 2 and 4 are formed.
The bottom portions of the strip frames 25 are connected to the lower edges of the
If it is bent 90 degrees inward from the folding line 22 for internal folding, at the same time, the square frame member 26 connected to the bottom part 25 of the strip frame will bend along the folding line 29 for internal folding and the folding line 22 for internal folding. 31, 31 is bent 90 degrees inward, and the part between the notches 27, 27 is the folding line 3 for outward bending.
Since the buffer frames 52, 52 are automatically formed by being bent 90 degrees from 0 and having recesses 51, 51 at the inner bottoms of the side plates 2, 4, they are subsequently connected to the lower edges of the side plates 1, 3. outer flap 12 for forming the bottom cover,
12 is folded 90 degrees inward from the folding lines 11, 11 for inward folding, and the outer flaps 12, 12 are sealed by pasting tape on the outside of the abutted ends.
As shown in the figure, it is very easy to obtain a cardboard packaging box in which buffer frames 52, 52 for supporting the packaged items are integrally provided at opposing positions on the inner bottom part, so that the packaged items 60 can be placed inside this box. The buffer frames 52, 52 are stored with their parts fitted into the recesses 51, 51, and then the band-shaped frame material part 18 connected to the upper edge of the side plate parts 2, 4 is folded for inward folding. If you bend 90 degrees inward from curve 13, you will get folding curve 15, 1 for inward bending.
6 and the folding line 17 for outward folding to form buffer frames 53, 53 for holding the upper part inside the upper ends of the side plate parts 2, 4. an outer flap 10 connected to the upper edge;
10 is folded 90 degrees inward from the folding lines 9, 9 for inward folding, and the lid is closed, and the outside of the butted ends of the outer flaps 10, 10 are sealed by pasting tape, etc., and the packaged object 60 is sealed. It is packed so that it will not move or be damaged inside the box, and the packing process only requires folding the flattened packaging box along the folding line, and while incorporating a separately prepared buffer frame, Packing is greatly simplified compared to conventional cardboard packaging boxes.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention can be kept in a flat folded state at all times, so it can be stored in stacks without taking up much space. By simply folding the flap using an operation similar to bending the flap, it is possible to form a buffer frame for supporting the packaged item integrally with the packaging box body, which has a recess at the opposite position of the inner bottom, and also to form a buffer frame for supporting the packaged item. When the lid is closed, it can be protected by the buffer frame for the upper presser that is integrated with the packaging box body, and can be packed automatically with good packaging efficiency. Since it can be manufactured without wasting cutting, it has the advantage of being able to be provided at a low cost, and has extremely great practical value.
