Therefore, in this case, the distal edges of the pair of inner flaps do not abut each other but are separated by a predetermined distance, and a gap is formed between the distal edges. For this reason, when applying the sealing tape to the outer box using an automatic packaging machine, the pair of inner flaps at the bottom of the outer box are pushed toward each other and enter the inside, causing the outer box to become deformed. However, as a packaging device, it had the disadvantage of having a poor appearance. For this reason, conventionally, a cubic outer box is prepared, in which the length of one side is equal to the longitudinal length of the rectangular parallelepiped-shaped outer box, and the leading edges of a pair of inner flaps are the same as the leading edges of a pair of outer flaps. The above-mentioned drawbacks have been countered by making the boxes butt against each other, but this makes the outer box larger than necessary, making it difficult to handle, and is also poor in transportability and ease of installation in warehouses, etc. It becomes a thing, and
The upper and lower cushioning materials to be inserted into this structure had to be made larger, which increased the cost of materials for these components, and this could not be said to be a satisfactory solution.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, the present invention has been developed by adding a pair of inner flap tip edges at the lower ends of each of a pair of side walls of a lower cushioning material formed of a sheet material such as corrugated cardboard inserted into an outer box. By providing a convex portion that fits into the gap between the flaps and using this as a stopper to prevent the inner flap from entering inward, the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks can be solved and the outer box etc. can be prevented from increasing in size. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging device for a ventilation fan that improves its handling properties and is advantageous in terms of cost.

That is, in the figure, 7 is a ventilation fan, 7A is a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped main body body with a built-in fan part (not shown), and 7B is a ventilation fan.
10 is a grill portion, and 10 is a pair of inner flaps 12 that protrude from the edge of one side opposite to the openings at both ends of the cylindrical body 10A having a rectangular or horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped shape and a pair of inner flaps 12 that protrude from the edge of the other side, that is, the longitudinal side. A pair of outer flaps 1
1 is an outer box which is sealed with a sealing tape (not shown) with the pair of inner flaps 12 and outer flaps 11 folded inward and stacked on top of each other inside and outside; A lower cushioning material is interposed between the inner surface of the side wall of the outer box 10 in the lower space and the outer surface of the side wall of the main body body 7A of the ventilation fan 7, and cushions and supports the main body body 7A, and is made of cardboard as shown in FIG. It is formed in the shape of a parallel grid made of manufactured sheet materials, etc.

That is, this lower cushioning material is formed into an oblong horizontal cross section shape that matches the shape of the outer box 10 by making cuts (not shown) in a pair of opposing sheet materials 2 and 32 and knitting them together. Flange portions 4 and 5 extending horizontally outward are integrally bent at the upper edges of the sheet materials 2 and 3, respectively. Note that the flange portion 4 is formed on the longitudinal side, and the flange portion 5 is formed on the other side. Reference numeral 9 denotes an upper cushioning material that is placed on the flanges 4 and 5 of the lower cushioning material 1 in the upper space of the outer box 10 and cushions and supports the grill portion 7B of the ventilation fan 7. It has a structure bent into a rectangular cylindrical shape, and is disposed so as to be housed in the upper space of the outer box 10 with the grill part 7B wrapped outside.

In such a packaging device, when the outer box 10 is sealed as shown in FIG. A gap 13 is formed between them. In this configuration, an inner flap stopper is fitted into the gap 13 at the center of the lower end of each of the pair of side walls, that is, the sheet material 2, located at positions corresponding to the pair of outer flaps 11 of the lower cushioning material 1. The convex portion 6 is provided integrally.

Next, to explain the packaging procedure, first, the inner and outer flaps 12 and 11 at the bottom of the outer box 10 are assembled, and the lower cushioning material 1 is inserted into the lower space of the outer box 10. The main body body 7A of the ventilation fan 7 is inserted and supported, and then the grill portion 7B held by the upper cushioning material 9 is placed and supported on the upper surface of the flange portions 4 and 5 of the lower cushioning material 1. Thereafter, the inner and outer flaps 12 and 11 on the upper part of the outer box 10 are assembled and sealed with a sealing tape using an automatic packaging machine to complete the packaging.

In this packaged state, the convex portion 6 of the lower cushioning material 1 is fitted into the gap 13 between the tip edges of the pair of inner flaps 12, and in such a packaged state, the above-mentioned sealing tape is pasted. Even if a force acts on the outer box 10 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1, the pair of inner flaps 12 at the bottom of the outer box 10 are pushed toward each other in the direction, but the protrusions 6 act as stoppers and move inside. Therefore, the outer box 10 is not deformed, and the appearance of the outer box 10 is not deteriorated.

Moreover, due to such an effect, it is not necessary to make the outer box 10 into a cubic shape as in the conventional case, and the outer box 1
Since the size of the outer box 10 is not larger than necessary, it is possible to prevent the outer box 10 from becoming too large, the handling of the outer box 10 is not deteriorated, and the transportability and ease of installation in warehouses, etc. can be improved.

Further, it is possible to prevent the cushioning materials 1 and 9 from increasing in size together with the outer box 10, which has the advantage of not increasing costs.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the gap between the tip edges of the pair of inner flaps is provided at the lower end of each of the pair of side walls of the lower cushioning material, which is formed by a sheet material such as cardboard inserted into the outer box. By providing a convex part to be inserted and using this as a stopper to prevent the flap from entering inside the inner flap, it is possible to prevent deformation of the outer box and prevent it from becoming unsightly. This has great practical effects, such as preventing the increase in size, improving ease of handling, transportability, and installation, and being advantageous in terms of cost.
