Since it is bent at almost right angles at b, b, c, c, d, and d, it is formed into a rectangular tube-like sleeve, but in reality, it is a recess formed by the notches 6, 6. This is a buffer box equipped with H and a hollow buffer wall. The recessed portion H becomes a fitting portion into which the frame portion f 2 of the ventilation fan F just fits, as will be described later.

The procedure is to first assemble the cushioning material and the ventilation fan F by inserting the frame part f 1 of the latter F into the recessed part H of the former and fitting them together, and once they are integrated, insert them into the packaging box C, and then insert the fan part f 2 of the ventilation fan F. Insert another cushioning material P into the gap g formed between the packaging box C and the packing box C. After inserting, close the lid of packaging box C.

変形してしまう、という欠点があつた。 However, even if the cushioning material B is assembled and used as an assembled cushioning material as shown in FIG.
It is in a state where it is simply bent at b, b, c, c, d, and d. For this reason, it is not possible to maintain the desired right angle or an angle close to it at each bending line, and the sheet elastically stretches and attempts to return to its original shape before bending. As a result, there was a drawback in that it deformed in various ways due to the difference in restoring force at each bending point.

Even after fitting, it may not be possible to insert it smoothly when storing it in the packaging box C, and the problem remains that the packaging work is generally difficult.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cushioning material for packing a ventilation fan, which can be assembled into a cushioning material with good shape retention by providing a flap.

This is an Ω-shaped cut line extending from the upper plate portions 3, 3, and is provided in accordance with the shape of the frame f1 of the ventilation fan F, which will be described later, in order to fit therein. 8, 8 is made so that it can be bent at a pair of parallel fifth bending lines e, e provided in the longitudinal direction of the upright inner plate parts 4, 4 when cutting the above-mentioned score lines 7, 7. This is the flap left on the raised inner plate portions 4 and 4.

This is almost the same as the case of cushioning material B in FIG. However, before bending the second bottom plate parts 5, 5,
The only difference is that the flaps 8, 8 are bent at the fifth bending lines e, e.

ものである。 In this way, even if the assembled cushioning material tries to deform by opening or closing the bending angles at each bending line a, a, b, b, c, c, d, d, the flaps 8, 8 will become a kind of web. It functions as a rubber band, does not deform easily, and therefore has good shape retention. FIG. 5 shows the assembled cushioning material.

したものである。 The procedure for storing the ventilation fan F in the packaging box C is the same as that described above (FIGS. 2 and 3). but,
In the case of the assembled cushioning material of the example, the shape retention is improved as described above, so the frame part f 1 of the ventilation fan F
can be easily fitted into the recess H of the assembled cushioning material, and the assembled cushioning material containing the ventilation fan F can also be smoothly inserted into the packaging box C, thus making it easier to store. FIG. 6 shows the state in which the ventilation fan is housed in this manner.

This has the effect of making it easier to do.
