Various packaging boxes of this type have been developed in the past, but they have the disadvantage of requiring additional cushioning material for packaging the items to be packaged, and of making the cushioning material complicated and increasing the packaging cost. , complicating the packaging process. Particularly when the items to be packaged are mass-produced, a complicated automatic packaging process is undesirable, and a packaging in which the cushioning material and the main body are independent of each other is particularly undesirable.

As shown in Figure 1, the box body is a well-known type called A type, and according to the developed view in Figure 1, the side pieces 1 that make up the box body have four folds in the center. A glue margin piece 2 is provided in a protruding manner on the outside of one of the outer pieces. Bottom pieces 3 constituting the box body A are connected to one of the four side pieces 1 via folds, and lid pieces 4 constituting the box body A are connected to the other side piece 1. ing. The four side pieces 1 are folded into a rectangular shape through the folds, the glue margin pieces 2 are glued to the ends of one side piece 1, and the four bottom pieces 3 and the lid pieces 4 are folded along the folds. The well-known square-shaped box body A is constructed by bending the box body A inwardly. This invention is constructed by attaching a foldable buffer piece B inside the box body A, but to explain this buffer piece B, it is made up of two identical-shaped buffer pieces B as shown in the exploded view of Figure 2. Since both of them have the same shape, one will be explained and the other will be omitted. The width D is set to be the same as or slightly smaller than the width D of one side piece 1 of the box body, and its length L is equal to half the length of the bottom piece 3 of the box body A and the side piece 1 of the box body. It is provided in a rectangular shape and shorter than the sum of the height and the width of the lid piece 4 of the box body. A first fold 6 is formed at an appropriate interval from one end 5a in the width direction, and a space between this end 5a and the first fold 6 constitutes a glue margin piece 7. Further, a second fold 8 is formed parallel to this fold 6 at an appropriate interval, and a third fold 8 is formed parallel to this second fold 8 at an appropriate interval.
A fourth fold 9 is formed, and a fourth fold 10 is provided parallel to this fold 9 at a further interval.
The space between the fold 10 and the third adjacent fold 9 constitutes a glue margin piece 11. Further, parallel to the fourth fold 10, a fifth fold 12 is formed by leaving portions on both sides at appropriate intervals and occupying most of the center.
are formed, and cuts 14 are formed at a constant distance from the inner ends 13 on both sides of this fifth fold 12 toward the other end 5b of the buffer piece B in a direction perpendicular to the fifth fold 12, From the outer edge 15 of these cuts 14, a short small fold 1 is made in a direction perpendicular to the cuts 14.
6 is formed, and the outer edge 15 of the cut 14 is formed.
A sixth fold 17 is formed in parallel to the fifth fold 12 between the cuts 14 on both sides, slightly inside the cut 14, and further outside both cuts 14 and at the inner end 13 of the cut 14.
A small fold 22 is formed on the side. Further, a bottom portion 18 that also serves as a glue margin is formed on the other end 5a side. To explain this point in more detail, the sixth fold 17 between the other end 5b of the buffer piece B and the cut 14, the small fold 16 formed on the outer side of the outer end 15 of the cut 14, and the outer side The part surrounded by a part of the cut 14 on the end 15 side of the cut 14 is the bottom part 18 of the buffer piece B, and also serves as a glue margin. The area between the sixth fold 17 between the cuts 14 and the inner end 13 of the cut 14 constitutes the side part 19 of the buffer piece B, and the fourth fold adjacent to the fifth fold 12 A support portion 20 that supports the flange of the article to be packaged is formed between the eye 10 and the eye 10 . The configuration of the buffer piece B in the expanded state is as described above.
The procedure for assembling the box body A to the box body A will be explained.

Then, it is bent so that the bottom part 18, which also serves as the glue allowance described above, faces inward, that is, it is stacked parallel to the bottom piece 3 of the box body A, and the bottom part 18 of each buffer piece B is placed in the box body A. It is glued onto the bottom piece 3 of the.

Also, the glue margin piece 7 between one end 5a of the buffer piece B and the first fold 6 is made to face the lid piece 4 side of the box body A beyond the side piece 1 of the box body A, and the glue A replacement piece 7 is glued to the inside of the lid piece 4 of the box body A. Of course, each of these 3 pieces of glue is 1 of the common box body A.
Needless to say, the other of the two buffer pieces B is glued to the lid piece, side piece and bottom piece of the box body A in the opposite position as described above. Glued to the bottom piece. When used in this way, the bottom piece 3 of the box body A is connected to the side piece 1 as is known in the art.
By bending it inwardly at right angles, the bottom part 18 of the buffer piece B is bent parallel to and integrally with the bottom piece 3 of the box body A, and the side part 19 of the buffer piece B is bent in parallel with and integrally with the bottom piece 3 of the box body A.
has a sixth fold 1 in a direction perpendicular to its bottom 18.
7, and its supporting portion 20 is bent parallel to the bottom portion 18 through the fifth fold 12. In this state, the object M is stored between the buffer pieces B on both sides, and the flange F of the object M is supported by the support section 20.

Thereafter, by folding the lid piece 4 of the box body A inward through the fold, the portion on one end side of the buffer piece B is also bent, and the portion on the one end side of the buffer piece B is folded as well. The lid part 21 between the second fold 8 and the third fold 9 through the first fold 6, the second fold 8 and the third fold 9 changes from a horizontal plate-like state to a cross section L. It changes into a letter shape and protects the upper part of the flange F of the article M to be packaged. Since this invention has the above configuration, it has the following advantages.
