(Prior Art) Boxed sheets are already available on the market, in which, for example, 30 plastic bags are stacked and folded into four with parallel folds and stored in a flat and elongated paper box having an outlet on the top plate. However, when a paper box containing sheets is transported in a pre-assembled state, a space remains inside the paper box, which increases transportation costs. In particular, when storing a base paper board that has been curved to a medium height in advance in a paper box so that the sheets in the paper box can be curved in a convex shape toward the exit side and taken out one by one, the base paper board must be placed between the bottom board of the paper box and the base paper board. A large space is created, and when transporting a large amount of boxed sheets, it is as if air is being transported, which increases transport costs.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention stores stacked sheets in a flat and elongated paper box having an outlet on the top plate, opens both ends of the paper box, and stacks a large number of crushed paper boxes into a substantially diamond-shaped cross section. This is a method for transporting and assembling boxes of sheets, characterized in that the paper boxes are transported at the destination, and the openings at both ends of the paper boxes are closed with end covers.

(Example) Figure 1 shows a crushed paper box containing sheets during transportation, and Figure 2 shows the -
The sectional view, FIG. 3, is a drawing corresponding to FIG. 2 showing an assembled state. In these drawings, 1 is a paper box,
2 is a sheet, and 3 is a base paper board. The paper box 1 integrally includes a top plate 5 having a sheet outlet 4, side plates 6 on both sides thereof, a bottom plate 7 connecting the lower edges of the side plates 6, a large end cover 8, and small end covers 9 on both sides thereof. . The outlet 4 has a thin transparent window 10 in the center,
Connected to the main body of the upper plate 5 via the peripheral cut 11,
When in use, it is removed from the cut 11, so that the inner sheet 2 is exposed upward from the outlet 4. The bottom plate 7 is continuous with the narrow bottom plate 7a through the fold 12, and the cross section when assembled is the third one.
Although it has a trapezoidal shape as shown in the figure, the bottom plate 7,
By folding the paper box 7a at the crease 12 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the paper box 1 can be crushed into a substantially diamond-shaped cross section.

The sheet 2 has parallel folds 14, 1 as shown in FIG.
5, and is curved in a convex shape toward the outlet 4 side by the base paper board 3. Although the sheet 2 in FIG. 3 is shown by a single line, the line in the figure means a stack of, for example, 30 sheets. The base paper board 3 has the same stiffness as the paper box 1, and when it is crushed as shown in Fig. 2, it is approximately flat inside the paper box 1, but when assembled as shown in Fig. 3, The dimensions are determined so that it fits into the corner portions of both ends of the bottom plate 7 and is curved in the middle and height. Note that the end cover 8 in FIG. During transportation, the crushed paper boxes 1, 1, . . . are stacked closely in a plurality of tiers as shown in FIG. 2 to eliminate wasted internal space. Upon arrival at the destination, end caps 8 and 9 are fitted onto each paper box 1 by hand or using a special machine, resulting in a final product with a cross section as shown in FIG. When assembling, the bottom plates 7 and 7a are
As shown in the figure, it is stretched flat, so the cross section becomes a trapezoid shape suitable for display.

The paper box 1 shown in FIG. 4 is integrally equipped with a large rectangular end cover 18 and small end covers 19 on both sides, and the state in which sheets are stored inside and crushed is the same as in FIGS. 1 and 2. However, when assembling, the end covers 18 and 19 are fixed by hot-melt type pasting with the bottom plate 7 curved to a medium-height position as shown in Fig. 5, or
Alternatively, it is fixed with staples 20. According to this structure, the base paper board 3 in FIGS. 2 and 3 can be omitted.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, paper boxes containing sheets can be stacked and transported in a crushed state, so a large number of boxed sheets can be loaded into a unit volume. Transportation costs are significantly reduced. Since the end lid of the paper box is open during transportation, the paper box will not be damaged even if a large load is applied that compresses the sheets inside.Furthermore, since the sheets are stored inside, the paper box has a roughly diamond-shaped cross section. Therefore, when assembled at the destination, it is easy to return to the predetermined box-shaped posture, and assembly is easy. The end lid of the paper box acts as a stopper to prevent the laminated sheet from protruding from inside the paper box 1 during transportation, and the sheets are ensured in the original position stored in the paper box even though the paper box is not closed by the end lid. There are advantages that can be maintained. When installing the end covers at the destination, both ends of the paper box are open, so
The work of setting the base paper board 3 previously placed inside the interior in the posture shown in FIG. 3 and of curving the bottom plate 7 to a middle height as shown in FIG. 5 can be easily and reliably performed while looking at the sheet 2 inside.

(Other Examples) The present invention can be similarly applied to a paper box having a rectangular cross section. In the present invention, "paper" is used to include paper-like plastic sheets. Therefore, the paper box 1 and the base paperboard 3 can also be made of plastic.
