and a conveyed object support device 9 which also serves as a connecting rod between both load trolleys 4 and 5. Each of the trolleys 3 to 6 has a pair of front and rear trolley wheels 14, 15, 1 on both sides of the main body 10, 11, 12, 13, respectively.
6, 17, these trolley wheels 14-1
7 is supported and guided by the rail 2. Also, main body 1
0 to 13 have guide rollers 18, 19, 20, and 21 guided to the upper and lower inner ends of the rail 2.
Here, the guide rollers 19 of the load trolleys 4 and 5,
A total of four 20 are attached to each of the four corners of 11 and 12, and the front trolley 3 and rear trolley 6
Guide rollers 18 and 21 are attached to three corners of the lower part excluding the front and rear ends. The aforementioned support device 9, which also serves as a connecting rod, consists of a frame body 23 having receivers 22 at a plurality of locations on the upper surface side, and brackets 24 and 25 hanging from the front and rear sides of this frame body 23, and supports the load trolley. Connecting pins 26 and 27 standing up from 4 and 5 are connected to brackets 24 and 25 via trunnion pins 28 and 29, respectively. A guide rail 30 is disposed below the rail 2 along the rail 2, and this guide rail 30 guides a drive device 31 such as a chain type. Passive protrusions 3 formed on the lower front surface side of the front trolley 3 are provided at a plurality of locations on the drive device 31 at predetermined intervals.
A drive protrusion 33 is provided which can be freely engaged with and detached from the drive member 2 . Further, from the rear trolley 6, the drive protrusion 33

Problems to be solved by the invention According to the conventional type described above, the stopper plate 3
When the passive protrusion 32 collides with the rail 2, the inertia and collision force cause each trolley 3 to 6 to be irregularly displaced relative to the rail 2, such as tilting forward, and these displacements aggregate. The moving body 1 will vibrate and be displaced. With this, body 3
The support position of the body 35 may be shifted and damage may occur, and the automation work in the subsequent process may not be carried out smoothly. In severe cases, the body 35 may fall off and smooth conveyance may not be carried out.

According to the configuration of the present invention, when the front trolley of a moving body approaches the rear trolley of a stationary moving body, the collision occurs through the cushioning material, so that the impact force is reduced due to the deformation of the cushioning material. Furthermore, since the collision occurs through a pair of upper and lower cushioning materials, it is possible to prevent the trolley from shifting in the vertical direction due to the vertical reaction force, and also to prevent the trolley from shifting due to the horizontal reaction force generated by the collision. Lateral displacement is prevented by guide rollers, and the reaction force is directed along the length of the rail.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. In the embodiment, the same reference numerals as in the conventional example (FIG. 5) indicate the same or almost the same components. In this embodiment, the front surface of the front trolley 3 is formed into a pair of upper and lower protruding front surfaces 40, 41 with the guide roller 18 inside.
Cushioning materials 42 and 43 that protrude further forward are attached to 1. The cushioning materials 42 and 43 are made of rubber, resin, or the like, and are attached by fitting, and after fitting, by gluing, screwing, or the like. The rear surface of the rear trolley 6 is formed into a pair of upper and lower protruding rear surfaces 44 and 45 with the guide roller 21 therein.

According to the above embodiment, when the front trolley 3 of the moving body 1 approaches the rear trolley 6 of the stationary moving body 1, first the front trolley 3
The cushioning materials 42 and 43 attached to the rear trolley 6 collide with the protruding rear surfaces 44 and 45 of the rear trolley 6, and the cushioning materials 4
A portion of the impact force can be absorbed by the deformation of 2,43. When the amount of deformation of the cushioning materials 42 and 43 is small, the movable body 1 stops in that state, and when the amount of deformation is large, the rear protruding surfaces 44 and 45 collide with the front protruding surfaces 40 and 41, and the movable body 1 stops. Furthermore, since the collision occurs via the pair of upper and lower cushioning members 42 and 43, vertical displacement of the front trolley 3 and rear trolley 6 due to the vertical reaction force is prevented, and the horizontal reaction force generated due to the collision is prevented. The guide rollers 21 prevent the front trolley 3 and the rear trolley 6 from shifting due to this, and the reaction force is directed along the length direction of the rail 2, so that each of the trolleys 3 to 6 does not undergo irregular displacement.

In the above embodiment, the protruding front surface 4 of the front trolley 3
Although cushioning materials 42 and 43 are attached to 0 and 41,
This may be attached only to the protruding rear surfaces 44, 45 side of the rear trolley 6, or may be attached to both sides of the protruding front surfaces 40, 41 and the protruding rear surfaces 44, 45.

In the above embodiment, the driving protrusion 33 engages with and disengages from the driven protrusion 32, but the driven protrusion 32 may engage with and disengage from the driven protrusion 33. Also shown is a format using four trolleys, but this is a model without load trolleys 4 and 5.
That is, the front trolley 3 and the rear trolley 6 may be connected by a support device 9.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above configuration, when the front trolley of a moving body approaches the rear trolley of a stationary movable body, the collision occurs through the cushioning material. It can absorb some of the impact force. In particular, since the collision occurs through a pair of upper and lower cushioning materials, it prevents the front trolley and rear trolley from shifting in the vertical direction due to vertical reaction force, and also prevents the front trolley and rear trolley from shifting from side to side due to horizontal reaction force generated by the collision. Directional deviation is prevented by the guide roller and the reaction force is directed along the length direction of the rail, making it possible to stop the moving body without irregularly displacing each trolley. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the support position of the conveyed object from shifting or falling, and it is possible to smoothly perform the automation work and conveyance of the post-process.
