7に設けた掛合検知装置12が作動して警報を発
するとともに昇降台車5の下降を速やかに自動停
止させる。この結果、第6図に示すように掛鉤部
11が係止部7から完全に離脱することがないの
で被処理物9が落下することはなく、また、警報
により作業者は直ちに復旧作業を取ることができ
るので表面処理ラインの運転停止を最小限に抑え
ることができる利点がある。また、第7図に示す
ように昇降ガイド1の停止位置不良により係止部
7が掛鉤部11の下方よりずれ、被処理物9の引
き上げミスとなる場合にも係止部7が掛鉤部11
との掛合位置高さより上方に位置した時点で係止
部7に掛鉤部11が掛合されていないことが検地
され、昇降台車5が自動停止して空の昇降台車5
のまま昇降移動させるという不都合がないもので
ある。さらに、第8図に示すように被処理物9を
移動後に処理槽2に浸漬する際に昇降ガイド1の
停止位置不良により被処理物9を吊り下げている

く、また作業者は直ちに対応措置を取ることがで
きるものである。

上にあるハンガー掛鉤部との掛合位置高さより上
方にある場合だけに作動されるので、正常運転時
におけるハンガーの着脱によつて作動することも
ない。よつて本考案は従来のこの種の表面処理装
置におけるハンガー搬送装置の問題点を一掃した
ものとして実用的価値極めて大なものである。
