  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 殻付貝類をスチーム釜１にて蒸し、身と殻を分
    離するようにした貝類蒸気処理装置において、 前記スチーム釜１内に設けられ前記殻付貝類を
    入口１ａから出口１ｂに搬送するための第１コン
    ベア４と、前記出口１ｂに連通して設けられ殻と
    身を分離するための分離コンベア１７及び空気吐
    出部１９ａを有する分離部６と、前記分離コンベ
    ア１７の下方に設けられ身を搬出するための第２
    コンベア１６とを備え、前記入口１ａと出口１ｂ
    は水封状態とされて前記スチーム釜１はスチーム
    加圧釜に構成され、前記第２コンベア１６は水中
    に浸漬されていることを特徴とする貝類蒸気処理
    装置。
