【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
この考案は、集合住宅、ホテルばかりでなく一
般用住宅にまで利用できる洗面化粧ユニツトに関

室用のユニツトはFRP（強化プラスチツク）、ス
テンレス鋼板、ほうろう引鋼板などで、洗面カウ
ンターと洗面ボールなどを一体成形した躯体に、
蛇口、給排水管などを予め工場で組付けると共
に、洗面脱衣室の内装用パネルや床面板などのユ
ニツト部材を同じく工場で製作し、施工現場で
は、ユニツト部材の据付のみで、洗面脱衣室を完

て容易で、しかも洗面台とパネルとの隙間に水が
染み込んでも後面にまで染み出すことがない。し
たがつて、建築物の躯体にまで水が廻り込むこと
