管５を接続せしめて湯水混合栓４に連絡配管せし

との間に配管用の間隙を確保する必要がなく、防
水パン周囲の壁載置部を建造物の壁面にできる限
り近接させてユニツトルームを設置することがで
きるため、建造物に対するユニツトルームの設置
