じく部分側断面図、第３図は第１図の状態から第
２風向偏向板を湾曲させた状態を示す部分平断面
図、第４図は従来の空調用グリルを示す部分平断
面図である。 １……本体部材としての送風ダクト、２……本
体部材としての内ケース、５……第２風向偏向板
、６……軟質部、７……前部剛質部、８……後部
剛質部、１０……係合突起、１１……支点として
の回動軸、１４……切欠き部、１５……操作部材
、１７…可動軸、１８……連結部材、２０……延
出部、Ｗ……風。

Claims (1)
- 風Ｗが通過可能な本体部材１，２内に、前後両
端の剛質部７，８と両剛質部７，８間の軟質部６
とからなる湾曲可能な奇数枚の風向偏向板５を離
間配置し、同風向偏向板５の前端の剛質部７を本
体部材２に回動可能に支持して一方の支点１１と
するとともに、前記奇数枚の風向偏向板５のうち
中央に位置する風向偏向板５の少なくとも軟質部
６に切欠き部１４を設け、同切欠き部１４に前記
風向偏向板５の支点１１と同一支点１１で前記風
向偏向板５を偏向させるための操作部材１５の回
動軸１１を支持し、かつ前記複数枚の風向偏向板
５の後端の剛質部８を連結部材１８で連結し、操
作部材１５後部の可動軸１７を風向偏向板５の自
然長における風向偏向板５の回動軸１１と軟質部
６の後端部との距離よりも操作部材１５の回動軸
１１と可動軸１７との距離が短くなる位置で前記
連結部材１８から前方へ延出した延出部２０に支
持したことを特徴とする空調用グリル。
