Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による高周波電力
増幅回路の等価回路図、第２図は従来の高周波電
力増幅回路の等価回路図を示す。図において、１
は高周波高出力トランジスタ、２は可変抵抗、３
は固定抵抗、４はベース・ＲＦＣ、５はコレクタ
・ＲＦＣ、６は温度補償用ダイオード、７はバイ
パス用コンデンサ、８はコレクタ電圧供給端子で
ある。なお、図中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。
増幅回路の等価回路図、第２図は従来の高周波電
力増幅回路の等価回路図を示す。図において、１
は高周波高出力トランジスタ、２は可変抵抗、３
は固定抵抗、４はベース・ＲＦＣ、５はコレクタ
・ＲＦＣ、６は温度補償用ダイオード、７はバイ
パス用コンデンサ、８はコレクタ電圧供給端子で
ある。なお、図中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。
Claims (1)
- 高周波電力増幅回路のＡ級増幅回路において、
初期には、過大バイアスをかけることにより、直
流電流にて、回路に使用のトランジスタが飽和し
、入力電力を印加しても出力電力が出られないよ
うな状態から、バイアス回路の抵抗をトリミング
することにより、出力電力をモニタしながらバイ
アス点を下げ、最大の利得が得られるようにした
ことを特徴とする高周波電力増幅回路。
