Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一対の直流電源端子と、第１、第２および第３のトラン
    ジスタと、第１、第２、第３および第４の抵抗を具備し
    、第１のトランジスタのコレクタ電極は第１の抵抗を介
    して一方の電源端子に接続され、第１のトランジスタの
    エミッタ電極は他方の電源端子に接続され、第２のトラ
    ンジスタのベース電極は第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
    電極に接続され、第２のトランジスタのコレクタ電極は
    第２の抵抗を介して他方の電源端子に接続され、第２の
    トランジスタのエミッタ電極は一方のＷ端子に接続され
    、第３のトランジスタのベース電極は第２のトランジス
    タのコレクタ電極に接続され、第３のトランジスタのエ
    ミッタ電極は他方の電源端子に接続され、第３のトラン
    ジスタのコレクタ電極は第３の抵抗を介して一方の電源
    端子に接続されるとともに第４の抵抗を介して第１のト
    ランジスタのベース電極に接続された構成の負帰還回路
    を成し、一対の電源端子である上記一方の電源端子と上
    記他方の電源端子間に入力電圧を印加することにより、
    第３のトランジスタのコレクタ電極と他方の電源端子の
    間に定電圧出力を得ることを特徴とする定電圧回路。
