Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣ化されたコンパレータで、入力用トランジスタと、
    この入力用トランジスタに一方のトランジスタの入力端
    を接続した差動増幅回路と、この差動増幅回路の他方の
    トランジスタの入力端に定電圧用トランジスタを接続し
    てなるコンパレータにおいて、前記他方のトランジスタ
    の出力端と前記一方のトランジスタの入力端の間に帰還
    用抵抗を接続し、前記入力端と電源の間および前記定電
    圧用トランジスタの入力端と前記電源の間にコンパレー
    タの特性を変化する外部接続抵抗を各々接続してなるこ
    とを特徴とするコンパレータ。
